David A. Ross
Partner and President
An expert in land use, development, and leasing, Mr. Ross has over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate business and has been responsible for the development of over eight million square feet of commercial and retail property throughout the Washington metropolitan area. In addition to his founding role in Atlantic Realty, he maintains a very active presence in the community and local organizations.
Mr. Ross also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Capital Region of the Easter Seal Society, was past chairman and in January 2005 was honored with The Clarence Donohoe Award presented annually to an Easter Seals Board Member who exemplifies excellence in leadership and volunteerism. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Northern Virginia chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and the Reston Chamber of Commerce.He has also served on many board of directors and advisory boards in the Washington DC area.
Mr. Ross holds a B.A. degree in political science from Washington & Jefferson College and a Masters in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Business School. Mr. Ross and his family reside in Great Falls, Virginia.

Stanley M. Barg
Partner, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel
Mr. Barg focuses on
overseeing the operations of the Atlantic
Realty Companies and the legal aspects
of all commercial transactions. His expertise
and involvement includes acquisitions,
joint ventures, construction and permanent
loans, zoning applications, construction
agreements, and leases.
He possesses over 20
years of commercial real estate law expertise,
with diverse experience representing client
projects throughout Virginia, Maryland,
and the District of Columbia.
A member of the Washington,
D.C. Bar, Mr. Barg holds a B.A. degree
in economics from Brown University and
a J.D. degree, cum laude, from Harvard
Law School. He resides in Washington,
D.C.

Adam Schulman
Partner
Mr. Schulman has 15 years of experience in the real estate community. He is responsible for the financial structure of all transactions for Atlantic Realty and for new development and acquisitions.
He is actively involved in the community including serving as a Board Member of the Falls Church Chamber of Commerce. He provides support to
numerous charitable organizations in the region, and is involved
in building industry issues, serving on the Board of Directors
for The Northern Virginia Transportation Alliance.
He holds a BA from The George Washington University, is a licensed CPA and is a member of the AICPA. He lives with his family in Great Falls, VA.

Mark Arena
President - ARC Management
Mr. Arena oversees ARC Management, Atlantic’s property management division, which provides management for all Atlantic-owned properties as well as a select number of third party-owned properties.
Prior to joining Atlantic Realty, Mr. Arena, who has over 20 years for experience in real estate and financial management, was district manager at RREEF Real Estate Investment Managers in McLean, VA, where he was in charge of day-to-day operations for 55 office and industrial properties in Maryland and Virginia totaling over 11 million square feet. During his multi-faceted careers, Mr. Arena was a commercial real estate broker representing both landlords and tenants.
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in accounting, Mr. Arena is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, District of Columbia Institute of CPAs, and is a licensed real estate agent in both Virginia and Maryland.

Jeffrey J. Ochs
Chief Financial Officer
With over 20 years experience in financial management, Mr. Ochs oversees Atlantic Realty's finances, accounting and reporting, human resources and information technology activities. He has held senior positions with US Airways, NHP Incorporated, Snyder Communications, Inc. and The Washington Redskins, where he served as Senior Vice President and CFO.
Mr. Ochs has a broad range of public and private company debt and equity experience and has managed large accounting operations and financial reporting groups.
Mr. Ochs is a graduate of Clarion University
of Pennsylvania, where he earned both a Bachelor of Science in
Business Administration and an MBA. He and his wife live in Springfield,
Virginia, and are the parents of two grown daughters.
