"Little Stars...Bright Hope" Campaign for Easter Seals
"Little Stars...Bright Hope" helps children and adults with disabilities. It is a unique opportunity for business leaders and caring individuals to brighten the way for thousands of people who need help. CEO David Ross and others at Atlantic Realty have participated in this wonderful program for many years and have helped raise more than a million dollars for Easter Seals.


Christmas in July
Alternative House, a local teen shelter, is Atlantic Realty's Christmas in July project each year. Atlantic collects food, clothing, games, cleaning supplies, videos, toiletries, and yard tools during the month of July and donates them to Alternative House. This shelter is run completely from private donations.



Fans For Families
Atlantic collected cash donations and fans for low income families in Fairfax County that do not have air conditioning during the hot summer days.

The Plaza America Family 5K Run/Walk
Atlantic Realty sponsored the Plaza America Family 5K Run/Walk to benefit the Children's National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. for many years. Each year more than 1,000 runners, participants of all ages and skill levels, along with another 1,000 spectators, supported the event.

Adopt-A-Family
Spreading the holiday cheer by providing new clothing and other gifts for families in need, Atlantic Realty’s donations helped families of Northern Virginia Family Services who often had no local support and are of low-income means.

Toys for the Kids at INOVA
Donations were delivered to patient beds at Children’s Hospital, ranging in age from infants to teens. Donations included stuffed animals crayons, books, coloring books, play dough, cards, games, journals and lotions.
